Hmm how is this shown in the work place?

You missed the single most important factor - being a legacy candidate

Your parents went to Harvard and now you get to go. There is a stat somewhere I recall that said 10-20 percent of an incoming class is legacy (2-3X higher likelihood)

Guys, need some help on salary negotiation tactics. I am new to consulting but have 10 years industrial experience and a MBA. Got an offer as M2 in Data Governance based in Dallas. Base offering is $165. I know most of you would say this is fair. However, I am currently in Canada and would have to do a hell of move. I want a bigger incentive to justify the move. Again any sincere advices are appreciated!

Joining a consulting firm as a SC upon getting my MBA. I would like to be protected from having to repay my bonus back in case there are changes in the economy (like a pandemic or recession) that result in lay-offs, offer rescindment, etc. - things that are beyond my control. Any advice on how I can negotiate these protections into my offer letter or would I be sending the wrong message?

MBB associate with undergrad degree in economics. Loved the degree, though didn’t do much with it outside of class (spent summers on internships, didn’t write a thesis). If I want to do something related to economics, how can I best leverage my current background to do so? Would MS in Econ make more sense than an mba? Maybe MS in stats or data science? Does the MBB background help in any way?

Advice please! I'm scheduled to roll off my current (surge) project at the end of this month. The project is heavy in manual government processes, but my manager is offering to let me lead a workstream because our scope has grown so much and the client needs our help. However, there's another big, super relevant project where I'd get project experience doing analytics, but I likely wouldn't get ownership over anything. Do I extend my current project or try to roll onto the new one?
