I am on OPT EAD, but I received my approval for H1B this year. Can I switch employer in between and start my work on EAD with new employer and simultaneously the new employer will file amendment for H1B transfer Or I should first wait for H1 transfer to get approved and then switch to new company?

I have been at the current hospital I work at in administration for about 11 years now. I am treated great, love the people and love the hours. They allow me to really create my own schedule based on my needs and have taken great care of me over the past 11 years. The only problem is that our CEO has stated that we will never be a company that gives yearly raises, merit based or cost of living. I have been offered another job with a competing hospital but scared to leave. Advise?

Anybody know of a company hiring a junior penetration tester? I have a couple certifications and have passed numerous CTFs, and completed THM entry level courses, along with a couple TCM Security courses (Python 101, Linux 101, Ethical Hacking course) Security+, Network+, and Pentest+.
