Has anyone else ever dated a coworker?
What's a guilty pleasure you indulge in at work?
Hi Fishes,
I live in Mumbai. 11th July is my last day and I haven't been to office in the last 5 years. Onsite, working directly at the client site in India and then covid ensured WFH.
Please can someone let me know if it's ok to go to office in jeans and round neck T-shirt. When i was at Airoli I had cases where people were strictly made to come in formals.

Is this an ongoing thing? If it was just once, he could’ve been hungover or tired or having a bad day. If it’s ongoing, you’d be surprised how gently calling someone out on their behavior can put a stop to it. “Hey, I feel like yesterday this was very collaborative but today you’re being a bit nitpicky. Everything okay?”
I said those exact words. And you’re right!!!! He wasn’t feeling well. But does that mean it’s okay to make it a miserable four hour session? This is the first time we’ve worked together. I had high hopes. It’s so hard to find chemistry.
Some ADs I’ve worked with have seemed like they wanted to noodle every tiny little point, almost like as a control thing. Currently working under the ACD version of this, a dismissive loudmouth who won’t let anyone get a word in and shoots down good ideas for bullshit reasons. He’s infuriating.
And when you try to talk it through with him he tells you you’re being combative? It’s almost like if you’re too casual/friendly at the onset, ADs will walk all over you. I think this guy has partnered w a lot of big deal writers and is luxuriating in my non-bully approach to the AD-CW dynamic. #NewPartnerAlert
Have you done some self-reflection? Do you go off-brief all the time? It doesn’t matter how great your ideas are if they’re off-brief.
Ummm, not off brief. The strategy is multi-layered there’s nothing w can do about it.
