Our clinic is removing the cost barrier of testing but staff are worried about risks since echo rooms don’t have HEPA or negative pressure systems and patients are allowed to remove their masks while running and breathing heavy during image acquisition.

Fellow gay fish. Thoughts on a PPO v HDHP (w/ HSA) for health insurance? I’ve always done the PPO with higher premiums because the high deductible scares me, especially with 4+ visits to PCP and lab draws, plus other STI testing.
