Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position in the logistics department. Role is for Amazon UK. Recruiter is asking me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email. Any idea what to aim for?

I don’t know the level but was aiming £80k base, +15% bonus. If I don’t fall under their budget, would I automatically be removed from candidates?

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I have not done any consulting before so I am not sure how it works, what I would need to set up (they mentioned that I would start a LLC and bill them directly, no idea how to do that), how to determine the tax implications of this, or what hourly rate I would expect. Context- I was recently promoted to a new position, new department. Since then I've been doing my new job about halfway and my old job the rest of the time while interviewing for my replacement as part of the transition.
Now my old boss has quit and I'm being called in as an interim fill in for her role. Mind you this role I'm filling in for pays far more than my previous or even current position.

I started as entry level customer support, was promoted after less than a year and then promoted again about a year later to Operations Manager at my current job. I was offered 60k to start and after 2 years with no raise due to COVID was offered a 3% but was able to negotiate 8% with a promise that it'd be revisited. Shortly after, our Director left and I took on his responsibility with no comp increase. He made close to 100k and am unsure what to ask for or how to during my comp review tmrw.

Hello! I was just offered a job, but the salary is significantly lower than the range I asked for and when I asked to negotiate they said, we can’t go any higher. Should I walk?

The range I gave was 80-85k/ annually and they said oh that should work, the range for this role is $35-$42/hr - but then they came back and offered me $35/hr.

The main draw to the role at this point is the name of the company. But not sure it’s worth leaving my current role.
