Hey , does anyone know the starting rate for a certified phlebotomist at Labcorp, in DC MD area? got licensed in May and be been having difficulty getting a job in the same. Was hoping for a hospital setting but it seems I will have to settle for a lab. Labcorp is having a hiring event in a weeks time near me and I was considering going. Im currently a GNA at a facility earning 13/hr. Im debating between moving to a different facility that will pay 17/hr or pursuing phlebotomy.

I want to switch.

CCTC: 18 LPA (its been 9 months in the company)
YOE: 4 yrs 9 months
Tech: ReactJS, JavaScript etc.

Haven't put down the paper yet (notice period will be 2 months)

What can the expected CTC for a 5 YOE? I want good WLB and growth in a product based company.

Hi Partners! Last year when there was no bonus etc, it was my best year in EY and I actually made more money at EY compared to my previous years or this year(including the bonus and raise this year). Also keep feeling like I have been taken granted and not valued. I also don’t feel mentally challenged with what I am actually doing, just burning out. Want to have this conversation with the team. Elevance Health (formerly Anthem) working on the Beacon side as EAP consultant II. I have my LCSW (got it 4 years ago) but been in the field since 2015.I have been there for one year. Our merit raises are coming up. From what I hear they are quite small typically. Anyone else work here know if it’s a “you get what you get” type deal or is there room to ask for/negotiate more?
