Senior SWE here, 14 years of experience, working for a medium-ish sized company in the coastal VA area. The development team is extremely small and greatly overburdened. In my last review I asked for 135k trying to highball but they gave me 117k, up from 105k. Do y’all think I was expecting too much, or is it time to peace out?

1. Fractal analytics 18Lpa fixed
Tech stack : postgresql , azure
2. Virtusa 20 lpa with 10% variable pay
Tech stack : migration project, plsql , postgresql,
AWS dms and aurora postgresql
Now fractal is offering me 22lpa .
But they did ask me to work on db development along with DBA ADMIN and Azure also.
And they asked me to work for client TELSTRA .
Just thing will the work load be more here since i am looking for WLB

I’ve been with my current company for 3 years. In this time I have only received one raise and triple the responsibilities. I am currently the fleet/safety manager for a fleet of 8 trucks. Also, I am required to do all secretary work, manage the office, dispatch, keep the books, and manage payroll for 12 employees for 34,000 annually. How can you quantify all benefits, besides medical, dental and vision. My numbers say I would be taking around a $8k pay cut. I currently make $65/hr as a BA, but I do ALL the QA work, and even PM, they are offering me full time at $110k/year with “bonus of 10%”… but I feel i am taking a big pay cut and bonus Will have to wait another year. I counter offered $115k, because the initial offer was $105k, and the HR lady told me $110k is the final offer. Is it worth going to full time? Advice?
