Was offered L6 Sr. Eng. Mgr role $291k TC Base $190k, Signon $90k Y1, $68k Y2, 80 RSU RSU value is based on $2500/RSU (30 day avg + 15% expected YOY growth). Current Stock price $2.1K Any advice on negotiation? Interviewer says max range for Atlanta $200k base/$300k TC. Is $225k base/$350k TC feasible?

What do staff want and what would make them happy? This is a serious question. I have been in public for 25 years. I swear I feel like a mom and therapist as much as a professional. I truly care about my staff. Treat then well, fight for them, invest in their futures. But the last few years it seems like nothing is enough. I am seriously considering early retirement because it is so emotionally draining on me. So many younger staff in here and all I see is complaints. Am I alone?

Hi all, how do you deal with fully botching a project? I can admit that it was my fault and I should have been better. I’m so sad because now everyone has to scramble to pick up my slack. I’m so embarrassed. Just want to curl up in a ball and cry. I’m also a mediocre performer so I don’t know what this means going forward.

I'm thinking about making a transition to a BB that I didn't get an offer from. Do you think that they would let me interview again given that I've been working at a MM shop for a year.
