I have a offer of 20 lpa fixed and 1 lpa joining bonus from epam, and other company affluent whose client is HDFC Bank, they are ready to offer me 23 lpa. Is it good to join affluent? I have heard that banking sector has too much pressure and work as well. But at the same time learning will also be there.

Looking for advice: current senior associate at a mid-size firm and was just offered a role as "counsel" in big law. Salary for the new position is not on the lockstep scale (and, in fact, significantly below where I would fall if I was placed on the lockstep scale). Take it or no?

Since i was divided into 2 projects another colleague who was also in the project was made the TEST lead

The firm seems great, but my current position is 100% remote and fits perfectly into my schedule. Do I interview even though I wouldn’t consider changing until next year?!

Recently got called for an interview for strategy/ operations role by a Faang company. I had my first screening call with the hiring manager, mostly all behavioral questions so hard to tell the result. The one area I felt I could probably brush up on is program management as my current industry is Pharma and tech industries are different.
