Hi all—sorry this might be a bit personal or tmi, but I started big law about a year ago, which has been incredibly stressful etc. since then, I’ve noticed that my cycle has gone haywire, I miss periods or getting multiple the same month, there’s just no predictability anymore. - What is the general variable payout %. Last year was exceptional, want ro know the general trend.
