I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. I realize it may vary by company, but does putting a referrers work email (with their knowledge and permission) on the relevant portion of the job application help increase the chances that your application is seen?

Usually it's the part of the application where it asks how you heard about the position and if you select the "company X employee" option, it will ask for their company email.

Currently making $250K all-in as a Finance Director but only got 3% increase this past review. My pay was down 5% due to COVID last year, so from 2020 to 2022 my pay is flat. Had a microadenoma and have been on medication since. Husband’s count and motility came back normal but morphology was a bit low. RE said low morphology does not matter much. I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. Only 10 days of my LWD are left.
