Hey everyone, I applied for an entry level role at Microsoft a little over a month ago and I even got a referral for it, and I also reached out to recruiters who told me to go ahead and apply. Does it usually take this long for Microsoft to get back to applicants? The role starts in January so i feel like it’s already been filled. I just don’t want to accept another position with out hearing back from Microsoft first. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
