There is not much difference between the offers in terms of package(10 & 10.4). Can I ask PwC to provide WFH or change my office location for this? Deloitte EY PwC KPMG

As someone who has interviewed PMs, this is a great opportunity to showcase your instinct. If it appears too staged or rehearsed or you copy a case study format you watched a video about or read a book about, we know immediately and it will make you appear less unique and less instinctive. I’ve seen people use the same format over and over and it’s hard to tell their responses apart. I always hired the person who used their own ingenuity to answer. Be confident in your response!!
Yes, I agree. Good point. I kinda love under the pressure interviews. My goal is to come in and showcase how would I approach the question and explain my reason and showcase my passion for this reason. I’m excited- lately just reviewing my previous products that I worked and breakdown into different frameworks so the interviewer can understand product vision and business goals of
Thanks everyone
Unless they’ve given you something to prepare and present during the interview the case study will be performed as part of the interview.
As for tips, the best way to get better at it is to just do it I think. You can find a bunch of sample questions online. Practice working through those problems, out loud.
Remember, it’s ok to ask clarifying questions and don’t be afraid to take your time. Make sure you focus on explaining your thought process.
Awesome, thanks appreciate it
There are multiple types of case studies around. For my interview, I was given the case study before the 2nd interview to write up my answer. I was also given the option to complete the case study on the spot during the interview itself, but I opted for the former instead.
I highly recommend the book Cracking the PM Interview to prepare for it. It’s a really great book on pretty much everything you need to know about interviewing for PM roles. All the best!
Sounds good
That depends. In my case, it was done during the interview. When you are at the exact moment, you will be left with no choice but to go and give your best shot. It came by surprise because I thought It will be done after. Nevertheless, just come prepared. Make a research about the role and question and answer online.
