Seems like I have to apply with the government and then again with VFS before sending all required docs and original passport via mail to NY embassy. Any tips / suggestions to make this a stress free process? Have upcoming travel to india so hoping it goes through smoothly.

I’ve been hearing about additional green cards being given to eb category.. would that help EB2? (One of my colleagues got through EB1A a few years ago and our profiles are same so I could give it a shot but it’s a bit expensive so if there’s a good chance for eb2 to become current then I’d rather wait for it )
