Hey everyone! I recently graduated this past December and started my current role January 24th. Just this morning I had a recruiter from Meta reach back out to me about a role I applied too last month. Should i schedule an interview with the recruiter? What if it goes well? Would it look bad if I quit my current position to take this role if I end up getting an offer? One reason I would want to switch is because the pay would most likely be a lot higher at Meta then in my current position.

I'm trying to negotiate my salary. Would like to get some more data and insights on what should I be asking.

It's a pretty lean team and I have been picking up work for all who have left including senior consultants. My role includes sales too. Have been a constant high performer all throughout my career.

I applied for a position that would be a leaner shift for me. The company is my dream company. I was told I should have an offer by this Friday. A higher position opened up today, and I fit all the requirements. Is it a bad idea to inquire about that position while waiting for an offer for the other?

I do test assignments and receive very positive feedback.

Yet once again, today. Another... “we’re going with another candidate” email.

Suggestions on what y’all do to not feel like giving up entirely? What do you tell yourselves to keep the faith?

I have offer from capgemini and Cognizant.. I have worked in capgemini before as devops admin and later i switched to Java developer role. So if i join capgemini again will they do the bg check for my work.
