I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?
