Currently in Intv process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. I am new to Canada and have about 6 years experience in each field. What would be salary ranges offered? Other services companies in market are offering in 105 -120 range.
Also what can i expect in project interview and manager interview? Will it be highly technical? I cracked round #1 technical interview, it was easier than expected EPAM Systems

$70,000 as an Executive Director?? Which state are you from if you don’t mind me asking? $70,000 seems really low for that kind of position….
The facility is on a smaller scale with 40 beds. Is it non profit, privately owned or publicly traded? CA salaries are certainly higher, but a six figure salary for such a small community is probably unlikely. Have you been able to grow occupancy through COVID? Are you meeting budgeted goals with labor and expenses? Performance metrics can help you negotiate a raise or even opportunity for advancement within current company. Additionally track your successes so if you can’t meet professional or salary goals in current environment your prepared to share impact you’ve had in current position as you interview for new opportunities.
If you have already done the research for your area, that is the information you should present as your rationale for an increase. Also, be sure to outline all of your responsibilities and how well you’re doing at them. Finally, don’t ask for the minimum. Ask for what you think you should get and let them negotiate with you.
That’s scary low. Unless your hospital is under 100 beds, any director role should be 6 figures for an absolute entry director over a small department. Especially with post pandemic salaries
This feels very low to me (Ohio). As a program coordinator (definitely a handful of steps below exec director) I’m making $62k.
You don't ask for a raise, you look for the same position at another company that will pay your worth. Administrators usually make $100k and up based on experience. Some low cost of living areas maybe $85 with minimum experience. But still, they won't bring you up high enough. Just search Glassdoor for pay.
Are you in the private sector or attached to a hospital system. I ask because it really makes the difference in your money. Hospitals with assistant living facilities can offer a better pay scale. Private sector is definitely not the same. They definitely low ball individuals. I got a promotion as well during the pandemic and recently asked for a salary adjustment. My hospital president and HR stated they couldn’t make a change. So applied for a position just like my current at another organization and I got the position as Director. I start in two weeks and it’s 6 figures. So you have to make the decision if you want to stay or go.
