My dermatologist prescribed a body tretinoin cream (0.1% cut with about 6 parts vanicream lotion, per her instruction). Been starting slow, using it a 2-3x a week and skin seems to be tolerating it pretty well, with the exception of the skin that rubs together while I sleep (cleavage and neck folds). Is this likely because of the moisture from the sweat in those areas? Anyone else experience this and will it get better as my skin gets used to the retinoid?

I am 28 F, I have PCOS - acne and hair fall because of PCOS, low vitamin levels (taking suppliments). I am recently experiencing knee pain after vigorous work out. I feel that my health condition is causing depression. Any suggestions to tackle knee pain? Any work out routine for weak knees? Also, how to combat PCOS? Any dietary suggestions?
