My boss thinks I waste my time researching the client's business and ways to grow it all day and I don't do much work. I ran campaigns on Facebook ads manager, Google ads, and keyword research for blogs & e-commerce, Analyze campaigns & optimize them regularly.

Still, my boss is not convinced that I am working worth 35000.

The amount of times I have encountered a successful woman who distances herself from other women in the workplace in order to succeed is exhausting. They view or treat subordinates more critically especially if they are a female of colour. They refuse to help other women rise up the ranks as a form of self-preservation. I am a POC working on 2 projects at once. Both of my teams are largely comprised of POC.
