Should I take this Sr Data Analyst role? I work in hardware at IBM but want to become a software engineer. I think it’s a good in between because there’s a lot of scripting and working with Python. Hi everyone, I’m currently in the final stages of interviews for an apprenticeship at a big tech company. When I asked for the compensation range the recruiter gave me a flat number.

If they extend an offer should I negotiate even though it’s an apprenticeship? They continued to reiterate there would be options for conversion to full time at 6 months and 9 months.

Any helpful strategies?

Currently working as a freelance contractor - remote, the agreement was to send deliverables on Tuesday and Thursdays. No other instructions, and so far all submissions were on time and on the days agreed. Was recently contacted saying that they haven’t heard from me all week, should I email boss every day for updates or just send deliverables earlier in the day?
