How small is too small of a company for an industry role? Would it be a detriment to future endeavors? Or is it really the work and the responsibility that is key rather than company size?

Seeking some input: I am a client service manager (aka team lead) at a regtech company. I've been doing research and l've been seeing salaries ranging from 65k to 130k. I offer an MBA and a year of experience as the client service manager.
