Is anyone else returning to fully in person learning? We have been hybrid/synchronous since September, which has been very hard and not very effective. They want us to have all Kindergarten students come back in March. I want to stop live teaching over google meet all day while also teaching my students in person at the same time, but there is not enough space in my classroom for safe distancing, not enough space for movement, and sitting at a desk all day is not appropriate for K kids!

How long until someone is pigeonholed into a specific litigation area, generally? I started at a V50 firm in a different practice area, switched to plaintiff’s side securities litigation and am in my second full year of this practice. I like the firm and like the work, but am cognizant that at some point I need to decide if I am sticking with this or want to broaden my practice. How long does someone generally have to make this type of decision? Im a 2018 T14 grad for reference if it matters.

I have a second round (out of 3) with Bain coming up. Overall, scored quite high and was just told to be more answer driven, which I am working on.

Did a couple of cases but really feel burnt, no real added values in the ones I do now.

Any insights or advice on what to prepare for round 2? What are my chances if the first round went well with the Consultants?

Its in Europe FYI. I've also nailed the prep for fit, with different situations in a STAR format.

I am preparing for the data structures and algo for 2 months (1-2 problems daily). It takes atleast 1-1.5 hours to try solving a new problem and understanding a solution. Not able to take out that much time as wlb is bad in current company. Also now I don’t get calls from good companies. My exp is 7 years i am worried because now the interviews are getting tougher with system design as well. I am looking for good product base company. Can someone help if gone through this?
