Hi folks, I've accepted an offer from Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Consultant. Although in the offer letter, the name of the company is Deloitte India LLP. Just wondering if anyone else has gone through the process and is currently working at Monitor. I wanted to understand about the projects, hierarchy and overall culture at Monitor. My base location is Gurgaon. Deloitte India Deloitte Monitor Deloitte Deloitte USI

SaT is the service line. Parthenon is the sub-service line (part of SaT). Are you joining Parthenon within SaT or TCF (also within SaT)?

Cool you’re joining post MBA so you’ll be a generalist under EYP and rotate through the different groups. Excited for you!
-Personally I like EYP's culture. I've always found it to be very supportive and collegial.
-Travel has been non existent. Traveled once this fall for client workshops, but due to continuous covid variants, no meaningful traveling has resumed
-WLB completely varies by EYP sub practice, project team, and client. It can be anywhere from 45-70 hours a week. I usually average 50.
-EYP is essentially already at your definition of fully remote. My practice didn't go into the office pre-covid, so the only thing that has changed is not having to travel to client sites.
-I wish I had known how important networking is after getting hired. Getting the experiences you want is highly dependent on knowing the right people.
Hope this helps!
Thanks EYP2, that's all really helpful. Sub-service line is strategy fwiw.
Definitely noted the networking post-hire — thanks for the insight.
