What's up with United's creeping wifi? Google's building self-flying planes, why don't they start by hooking us up with some global bandwidth?
When to leave River North for an 8am flight out of ORD? Better off ubering or taking blue line? I normally take earlier flights so not sure what the traffic situation is like a bit later.
I’m looking for a Spanish speaking auditor for a Fortune 500 company. Awesome international travel if anyone is interested.... TIA!
Usually the airports I travel have very limited options in the healthy category and I bring a bag of mixed nuts from home.
Is hired.com a scam? I have submitted my profile twice using this platform and they say that there’s no job match for me, in the entire United States job market.
Do you tip differently based on the hotel rates?
I’ve always wanted to travel somewhere alone, but I’m nervous. Female, late 20s. I’m not talking about necessarily traveling to a city alone, but even like a beach vaca by myself. I generally love being alone but I’m wondering if it would be lonely or exhilarating to be able to relax by myself. Any other women have experience with this?
Have SPG / Marriott points, looking for an all-inclusive Resort to visit on an island / beach somewhere. Any suggestions?
Hello fishes, I've offer from other company to join at 11.2 LPA. But TCS offered me a onsite travel for Mexico. I'm working as a system engineer there. I need some help in making a right decision. I don't know how much I'll be making at TCS Mexico and my family being living in India. Any suggestions will help immensely. Thanks
This might be random, but I'm looking for a good credit card that has good service and has lots or discounts online as well. TIA
So folks - end of the year - bonus is in the bank. What are you investing in? Keen to hear people’s thoughts on different investment strategies. I’m contemplating tech etfs / NASDAQ, crypto / DeFi, alt investments like whiskey casks and NFTs.

Wife and I spend 135k on credit card this year. We purchased a new house so there were many one-time expenses, but still an outrageous amount of cash out the door. I reviewed the splits and 90% of the bill is her, but to be fair she buys all of our shared stuff (furniture, groceries, etc.). Still, there is a major issue with her spending. How do I have a constructive conversation with her to cut back on her spending. She gets very defensive when I approach the topic.
Those who have worked 60+ hours with weekly/semi-weekly travel (esp pre-pandemic) - how did you balance that with prayer time? How were able to manage connecting with fellow believers with a hectic workload?
Is Portland a good city for an Alt weekend?
Huge gains in POE today likely to be (partially) scalped overnight. Tomorrow morning might be a good time to re-enter. Guessing the spoils will be placed in coins like TRX and XRP...
Met this guy on a dating app and we've been texting for the last couple days. When deciding when to meet, he seems to be willing to change all his plans with friends or work to meet as soon...

Hi all, I currently work for a mid-size non profit after graduating from university last May. My main role is recruiting, but I really would like to move to the ER side. My degree is not in HR, so I was going to stay at this role for a year to start working on my SHRM. Does anybody have any tips on moving into more ER related roles from recruiting? Thank you!
Hello everyone. I am an international business and finance fresher looking for an operations and logistics job.
Anyone have experience/ familiarity with funds focused on investments in Opportunity Zones? I am part of a city planning commission and looking to learn more about how successful funds, particularly the 1/3 of them not focused on affordable housing, are structured/ generally how they approach projects. Any recommendations where to start to become knowledgeable on the subject?
Hi team- is there a way you can make fields read only based off of what you choose in a picklist value? I initially tried to hide the fields- but we currently do not have dynamic forms. Any suggestions would help!
Hi there! Just wondering if anyone could give me some insight on their experience with Amazon job applications. I've applied for 4 roles that I'm VERY confident in, but my applications have been in a "under consideration" status for a month or so. I was even referred for the position by another Amazon employee, which I was told would help. I'm starting to think that I may not actually be "under consideration", but I figured I'd ask on here! Is this common? Thanks!
In a 50% marginal tax bracket. Feeling demotivated to chase any future raises. Government is going to take half anyways. Effort reward just isn't there anymore.
Just got feedback that I need to hire a more diverse team. My team is 70% women and I am an Asian women myself. What exactly are they looking for? This is the main feedback in my promo case and I have no idea how to fix it but don’t want to sound combative.
After spending two weeks in the apartment with my girlfriend, I realize that she really annoys me and I cannot stand her habits. But before this I really liked hanging out with her on Friday nights
