Sometimes I subcontract other freelancers, and I have a request - invoice for your work promptly. If it’s more than 30 days since the work was accepted, that’s just sloppy and rude.

My wife and I own a single family home that has approximately $240k in equity with current market estimates, which we know could drop any moment. We want to upgrade to a larger home since we now have two kids and have outgrown our house. The problem is that most sellers aren’t accepting contingent offers because the market is so hot for sellers right now. So we are considering selling our current house now and then rent a house for a short period until we buy. Any other ideas or suggestions?
