How things work in accenture for 2 YOE guy? I got hired and joined and didn't get any project code as of now. Somebody all of sudden called me today for project and started asking technical questions which I couldn't answer and he dropped the call.
I'm little worried now. Can anyone suggest what was it or what should I do?

Our team pay structure is changing and compensation has been reviewed by the partners on an “individual x individual basis”. Changes will be communicated individually. Head partner said there would be no transparency on the new bandings for each grade or the framework used to make these decisions. Someone asked about unconscious bias and the answer was “I’m sure we have none”. Leadership all white, almost all male. Is there any way I can challenge/do something?
