Encouraging WFH is not the same as making it mandatory. People who “take the option” of WFH will be frowned upon. Meanwhile “encouraging WFH” alleviates the liability of the agency. Don’t fall for it.

I had an interview with the CCO last Friday for a role and I thought it went well cause he said he was impressed by my work and we seemed to hit it off but I haven’t heard back yet and am starting to get a little nervous. I'm a 6th year attorney in NYC. Strictly defense work; started out with the City Law Dept, did a year and a half of med mal/construction, and for past year and a half have been at a well known defense firm working on high exposure construction accident cases.
