everyone is working remotely. I
would be 1 of 2 attorneys. Any
thoughts on what I might expect as a
comp offer and what's fair? I've been
in-house in a Director level position
for 2 years, and I have 7 total years
of experience as an attorney, mostly
doing litigation prior to moving in-
house. I'm hoping for a decent salary
boost but not sure what's
reasonable for small startups
(approx. 100 employees)

I joined Byju's 6 months back, as a Software Engineer.
At that time I had 2 YOE and my CTC was 10LPA.
I was offered 15LPA by Byju's and I accepted it and joined them.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

I don't feel like switching as my team here is good and secondly I don't wanna be a job hopper switching in just 6 months. Any advice?

I have been selected at citi but HR is unable to release offer letter. This is because I have worked for citi as contractor or consultant in past but I don't remember my SP ID or GP ID which Citi provides to its temporary employees.
