A recent PGPM with 1.5 years of experience with nonprofits in their kitty. Changed my profile to a social enterprise about 3 months back and is working in the CEO's Office - the CTC is 8 LPA.

I know. I know. Calling it a lowball will be an understatement.

My question is what should be my next CTC say after I spend a year in my current company. I want to jump ships and soon - and continue to work in Strategy & Operations or Consulting.

What TC should I expect at an associate level from 1Bn fund based in Europe ? Is there any chance to get carry ?

Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota. Looking at a property where the garage is in the basement of the home and the garage doors are in the back of the property. I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. HR was not willing to pay more than this even though it is just 20% hike from my current salary. But I accepted the offer as i wanted it badly.
