Job listing: You must have an incredible creative reputation and internationally recognized work. Can we talk about how awards can largely be a pay-to-play scheme? What if you freelance and the agency/client doesn’t share credit? What if the agency/client doesn’t bother with awards? What if it’s the same circle jerk of milquetoast talent receiving the honors? Every time I see a job listing requiring international awards, it sounds like another agency looking for the right “culture fit.” 🙄
What do you do with male consultants continuously trying to claim your space on your project? I feel just because I’m a young female manager that by definition I get less appreciated!
On a project where we fly out Monday evening or Tuesday morning and are remote Fridays and Mondays 🤤🤤
Should I be worried if I have constantly bounced from short project to project (excellent performance) and don't really see myself with a single tangible/transferable skill? I'm 1.5 yrs in & 24.
Do you have a new project, unit, or lesson you are developing for next year? If so, can you share and inspire the rest of us?
Does anyone ever feel like they have to do ALL the thinking for their team? I know as strategists, we’re the secret sauce to a lot of goings-on with brands. However, I sometimes feel like folks on my team don’t actually think about how anything will impact the brand/strategy and then just come to me for insight on a half-baked idea that’s off strategy but for some reason has already been shown to a client…
Question for Deloitte/Accenture consultants that work chatbots, do you guys work remote alot of the time? Or on client site weekly? Wondering if all my chatbots assignments being remote is normal...
What are your opinions on having a website? I feel like it could go a long way me an identity. Is it necessary to have one right off the bat or did you wait until you had a solid client base first?
Just met someone while I'm in a travel city and we clicked, but this is my last week of project travel and we've only been out on 1 awesome date 😟
How do I get my old project to leave me alone? I rolled off, but they keep calling me in for little things. My new project leads are okay with it for now, but I want it to end. What to do?
My Senior keeps giving me (A1 newhire) vague and conflicting information for what they want me to work on. I just got moved to this client a week and a half ago to help out with filing, and am expected to go off a simple look at X section and figure it out. Just stresses me out a ton and feel like I cant assist with anything legit. Ill ask for clarifications but it just seems like im going in circles. Were supposed to be filing next Friday and its not looking up.
Was on a traveling project when it clicked that I may be depressed. after telling my senior, his response to my ask of using my lunch for a short walk outside (& taking a working lunch) "we're here to
Hello everyone. Is there any BA opportunity for 2 years experienced professional? I am looking forward to work as a BA. I am currently working with a service based company for a healthcare client. If anyone has any opportunity, kindly dm. Thanks
I know we have a commitment to the client and are expected to work as long as it takes to get the job done. But why don’t we write and sign contracts that are realistic? It feels like cheating
The Trusted Advisor - Gain your client’s trust by thinking about someone other than yourself for once... at least that’s what I got out of it. It came highly recommended, and I’m underwhelmed...
When you send an email to ask questions, and in bullet points of exactly what you're asking, but you get questions back. I don't have time for this shit. Just fucking answer the god damn question.
What’s the best way to roll off a team without blow back? These people are stressing me out
My best friend is an immigrant. She has lived in the USA for ten years now and has a great career. However she says america is very lonely. Her fellow immigrant friends from different countries also say this. She says culture here is friendly but distant and ppl are too wrapped up in their home life and less so in their social life. She misses daily socializing that was a norm in her home country. I’ve lived here all my life so can’t judge but curious as to whether other immigrants here agree

Advice please! Want to move my baby boy (9 mo) in same room as my toddler son (2.5 yo). Both sleep through the night and have good sleeping habits. When is a good time to do this? What to do/not do?
How is Deloitte USI (Strategy and Analytics practice) Heathcare and Lifesciences domain in terms of perks, growth, wlb, exit opportunities? I have my 2nd round scheduled next week and hearing so much about good talent leaving the organization, am a bit hesitant. Can someone please share their experience? Yoe: 5, post mba: 1
Thoughts on moving in-house at the end of maternity leave from Big Law? Will it burn bridges at my firm? I’m a mid-level currently on leave, and was just offered a position with a high-growth sister company of one of my firm’s largest clients. A part of me thinks that my practice group leader will be happy to have me there to bring future business his way, but another voice in my head says I’m just fooling myself and that resigning after a 20-week leave is bound to piss people off.
I'm currently on H1B (year 1). I'm planning to do a full-time MBA in 2 years. Can I go from H1B to F1 then back to H1B (and use the unused H1B time without going through lottery)?
Anyone have an insight or advice about taking on freelance projects while receiving unemployment? I don't want to loose the income I will receive form UE for taking on a small project
I am interviewing for a campus recruiting role and would love if others can share common questions they get asked so I can use for prepping. Thank you!
Can I transfer my CSR points to someone else or can I transfer my csr points to their United / southwest accounts, etc. is there any fee associated with it?
Does anyone know of any website that lets you filter in-house positions by those who allow remote work? I’m assuming this does not exist but wanted to see if any of y’all have any thoughts.
