I have an offer from Deloitte USI for Assistant Manager role.
In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
Can you please help me with what generally Assistant Manager tasks in Deloitte USI are?
Any details or inputs are helpful.

I’ve been offered a similar role at FTI, I’m currently an M at PwC. How is FTI viewed in the market and is Senior Consultant viewed the same as M at PwC?

I applied for a position at the company I’ve been with for 6.5 yrs. I had an initial phone screening today. They told me the target salary and it’s the same as what I’m currently making. The recruiter asked if it meets my expectations…I kindly said no. She said they “can be flexible DOE”. My current supervisor encouraged me to apply because it’s a step up from my role (more responsibilities). Should I tell him the pay is the same? Suggestions?

Currently in Interview process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. Her current package is 2.5lpa from a small company (3yrs exp java spring boot) . She got offer from Accenture of 6lpa (fixed) . After this she had interview with cognizant and asked for package of 7 lpa. When she recieved the offer from cognizant it was of 10lpa fixed. Most interesting part after 2 weeks she got revised offer letter from cogni without any discussion of 16lpa with 1L joining bonus.

How can we analyse and suggest her regarding offer.

I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. I am ready for a more challenging role. However, there doesn’t seem to be much available at my current company. However, I am going on 5 months pregnant with the expectation of being out in October. I have 2.5y of product experience at an early-stage startup. This is my first product job where I’ve learned most of what I know on the job itself. Though I’ve shipped our core product from 0-to-1 and it’s doing well, I’m not sure if I’m doing my job properly or well.
