Do Bain ppl not like hiring bcg/McKinsey for roles? I’ve come across at least 5 companies where the entire team is ex Bain and no one else. But when I see bcg/mck the teams are much more evenly distributed.

Does EY GDS SAP practice has implementation projects or support projects? I was told by my recruiting manager that ey gds only has implementation but in fishbowl people have mentioned that they are stuck in testing role

Is it better to buy a new build or a pre existing home? I feel with new builds, you get a lot of the closing costs covered or they have promotions, but they’re located in parts of the city that are new and far from a lot of things. However with pre existing homes, there is not many promotions and out of pocket expenses are more, but are in established neighborhoods. Not sure what to do
