It’s for a Sr. account Manager job in sales. Never had to negotiate all these levers; recruiter said package could be up to $140k across all levers, but not sure what percentage to ask for which. Hey guyss ! So I’m a freight broker for a start-up company making 50k base with a $800 bonus every month. My numbers are great , and I always hit my quotas , but I can’t help but to feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Do you guys know of any other companies that are in the same or similar industry that pays more.
