I’m thinking of taking an full time opportunity I’m not particularly excited about to get out of my current role. My interest lies in the compliance/legal field but it’s very difficult to get fellowship opportunities at my current company. I have a CFE certification, but no real experience in the compliance area. Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

Is it just me or were the roads far worse yesterday than they usually are during a winter storm? Seems like there was no road salting ahead of time (at least where I was). Got rejected after a final round with LinkedIn for a PM role. Was informed that I was one of the two candidates who made it to the final round but the other candidate was chosen due to more relevant prior experience.
