After giving few interviews and clearing them all
Now getting offer upto 15LPA fixed..

I am being scared.. I am not sure.. I can raise the bar but I don't know how it will affect my professional career.. Please guide me through.

I am an hourly employee. Currently if there is a hospital call that needs to be done, someone will volunteer to do it for overtime. Now, my company wants to create a set call schedule.
