LWD - 2nd week of October
Currently don't hold any offer.

How much do you think I can ask ? What will be the variable percentage 10 or 15?( How much they can offer at Maximum/minimum as well )-anyinsights on this will be helpful

HR discussion was completed and got an confirmation email that I've cleared all rounds on Jan 10th. HR was mentioning that the hiring process is on hold. It's been a month already and HR is asking to wait for 1-2 weeks everytime. Will I get offer letter?

Hi Recently gave interview in LTI for Senior Software Engineer Position. Now awaiting for HR round Salary Discussion. How much max package can i get for grade P2?

My Current CTC: 5.62 LPA
TCS Offer in hand: 8.4 LPA

HR said if you have offer of 10 LPA then only i can give upto 11-13 LPA...
Can someone help me how can i negotiate for a higher package?
