I am selected in EY and had 3 client round too.
I have around 3 YOE in devops. But from Interview I get feeling they want me to handle the setup from scratch and only one other Devops resource is there it seems. I haven't worked as primary in my current role and I am nervous that there will be too much of expectation and I won't be able to deliver without guidance as some of the tech is new to me.I don't think I have the expertise that they need. Should I not join?

When interviewing as the first legal hire at a company, what questions should one ask?

I'm coming to the end of a contract term and being converted to FTE.

The offer was presented to me by the hiring manager and not HR/Recruiter. To me it is a lower base salary offer than expected, so I asked for info on the total compensation package (base, benefits, bonus, stock/rsu, etc.), which I was told about when they took me on under the contract with the intention to convert.

Hiring manager sends me an email with only standard benefits, no bonus, etc. Are these red flags?

What would recruiters think of career gaps after working for 3 years right after college

Would love advice. Partner and I are spending about 125k/yr total together (all in, incl rent, health, gifts, travel, etc). Mid 30s. No kids but will in next couple years. No debt. Total income between us of 350k. High cost of living/high taxes. So total we save about 80k/yr. I’m glad we’re saving but I feel 125k is too high in these years where we should we saving for kids, future needs etc. I know theres tons of personal considerations in here so not looking for “is this too much or not” cont
