I work at a large, Fortune 500 tech company, headquartered in San Francisco. I have been working there as an HR Advisor for a little over a year now. I have 4 years of experience within HR as well as a Bachelors degree in Business Management. I work remotely, based out of Indianapolis, and have felt like my salary is below average. I brought the concern up to my manager, but was quickly shot down. I’m currently at $44k a year plus $2k annual bonus. Am I being underpaid?

As WFH continues on, I'm seeing our cultural initiatives slip away as it pertains to social connection and education/training. What are your agencies doing to either bring employees together while in WFH-mode and/or offer educational opportunities (for your discipline, and/or DEI)?
