Hey fishes. I have recently joined in tcs and i have my confirmation in December. Currently i have only 3 CL, 2 SL and 0.75 EL. When will more leaves get credited and also will I get any leaves credited after my confirmation?

I posted this somewhere else before I remembered that I am in this bowl :) so, I changed jobs 6-7 months ago and I am realizing it is not a good fit. Leadership seem to not want to hear the truth so people tell them what they want to hear and if you don’t middle management gets pissed at you. I am seriously thinking about looking somewhere else. My question is how do you answer the “why are you looking to leave” question without bad mouthing your current company?

Rep, supposedly opportunities to open up for Dir level once Company goes public through a SPAC, good work-life balance near term, Company will be making decision any day. Option 2 - dir. of fin. Rep, company already went public through SPAC, building out acctg dept, some issues to fix. Longer hours in near term, expected to be invited in round 2 of intrviews. If you had an offer from company 1 and still waiting on Company 2, if you had offer from Co 2?

My joining date in TCS is on 25th July 2022.I haven’t received the joining letter. Can I ask hr to pre pone my joining to June.

Few days back i got my resignation acceptance email from tcs HR. I did not get any calls that they want to retain me with offering some extra pay. Hr just asked my offering details i told them I am going for better pay
At last working day they wont surprise me right we want to offer you some extra pay and think about it. We will extend your last working day for 1 or 2days to take your decision.

What is the Maximum Exemption for Food card? In induction it was mentioned 3k per month but online it's showing 2200 per month which one is correct. Anyone availing this exemption, please comment.

Today i visited to 2 branches of ICICI Bank in my hometown, and told them I would like to inquire about Food card/Meal Card. And response was "What??" What is that ICICI doesn't have food card or Meal Card. You can apply for credit card we have lounge facilities etc, or you can open demat account. I was like I have most of the facilities provided by icici but I want food card not credit card or demat account. And the most frustrating part is that they didn't even asked from someone else.

Exp 10 years, got offer for C3A. When can I expect the C3B promotion since I am already lowballed here. Please suggest.
