Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. After graduating college, I worked in a healthcare HR role for 8 months and then decided that industry is not for me. Now I have been in my new role for 6 months in a telecom HR role and am looking to leave as I want to relocate due to the cost of living being too high in the area.
This would be two jobs back to back that I have been in less than a year each. Is that a huge red flag for employers? When is it seen as job hopping prone vs. just chalking it up to being early in someone’s career?

I don't really know what I like because I've spent most of my life in school working hard to get the job that I have now. Has anybody gone through this? How did you discover your passions? Were you then able to find a fulfilling career?

Will a BL firm take a retool candidate from PE (3rd year)? This practice is really burning me out. Would I take a year cut?

As a Registered Nurse with 11 years sales experience, why am I constantly turned down for healthcare-related sales roles? Yet on the flip side, I've gotten tons of offers in industrial or engineering spaces.

I've worked PRN as a nurse while I've been in sales. All of my sales roles were engineering-based in mechanical tools or chemicals. I've sold into various industries (energy, O&G, aerospace, pharma, HI&I, water treatment, etc). Just looking to get back to my roots.

So I’m thinking of taking a pharmacy tech course at my local community college. I already work in healthcare on the admin side (authorizations, front desk etc) & looking to get a certification that’s quick & don’t have to go back to school. How is it being a tech in the hospital setting? What other paths are there for techs? How much can you make? Or are there any other short certifications that would make more money?

Are there any producers here that have made the switch to creative? If so, any advice? Did you take classes, choose between copy or art? Etc

I’m in PA school now but in the process of interviewing for what might be my dream job in medical imaging industry. If I get the job pay will start around 120k at a large company with room for growth. If I stay in PA school I will have around 120k in debt and will probably work in vascular surgery. What would you do? It’s literally the second week of school for me, I have my 3rd interview for the job next week

I am learning Big Data at the moment, and have knowledge of Python and ML, AI, SQL, Tableau.

Have no knowledge of DSA though.

It seems like every firm advertises that they support diversity and inclusion. What does your firm actually do in terms of mentorship or other programs for diverse attorneys and do you find it actually beneficial? My firm reached out about a mentorship program where they were supposed to pair us with a partner mentor who is also person of color, but I still haven't heard back.
