Tell them your notice period is two months... Or one month... And as the day approaches.. Tell them your org is asking for a few more days...
Meanwhile keep trying
Thanks

Yes it is okay to quit without offer in hand, make sure you are confident enough on ur skills, 90days is long enough....

Bhai now maybe hiring will get less due to upcoming predicted recession, no one knows how much it wl impact India, but stay cautious of that also
Never take this risk .... Even if u get an offer at start up of 50 ppl working ...so first get the offer letter then keep looking for backups ....... Personally speaking the risk is huge

Thank you so much
Means alot!
Hirings are getting reduced, there is an upcoming negative news of recession. Be careful while taking any risks.
Instead if you are ready to resign without any offer just take current CTC matching offer or with less hike. After that 90 days period will help you getting better offers ( If you negotiate well ).
Bhai ho jaayega ...All the best
If you are confident on your skills knowledge then you can put the paper otherwise you can update notice period as 1 month and give 2-3 interviews through those you can check your knowledge as per the current interviews and you will get the ideas in which topics you have to work. If you are able to crack interviews in that case you can resign without offer and update the np as 3 months on job portals.
Okay thank you!!
Mention that your notice period is negotiable and buyout option is there and you will talk to HR and Manager for early release once I have the offer.
Later tell them that its not possible , they are not agreeing for early release.
I did the same. I am serving notice period now.
New company gave me new joining date 1 month early, I talked to my manager and he said no so I have informed new org that my joining will be delayed by 1-2 weeks - they are okay with that.
Big no
In current situation I would suggest to have atleast 2 offers by your LWD approaches. Many companies are deferring joining or freezing hiring. Tonroll out offers they are taking a quarter almost. So big No.
Look for opportunities.
Skilluo yourself in meanwhile, so that when opportunity arrives you are more than ready.
I know 90 days are a major constrain. But can't help.. be patient rather being on a losing side
Initially keep your expectations low and get the offer from a company before opting resignation. Then you can try get offer from another company with higher package based on comparison from previous offer. And once the notice period days become less or immediate, companies will be eager to hire you on whatever expected package you demand provided that you're highly skilled enough to impress them.
Get prepared and resign do not resign without being prepared
Mark yourself as immediate joiner and give some interviews, you will understand if you can crack an interview or not.
It can help you take a decision.
Please get an offer first before putting your paper down because a job is precious to everyone and try to negotiate with HR for notice period days (e.g. - buy out option) as the Recession period is going on the US market. So take as much minimum risk as you can.
Say you are immediate joiner and give some 5-10 interviews... See your success rate. If you could crack atleast 2 or 3 . You are good to go and take the risk. Or else prepare well for 2 weeks and give another chance.
Well I would say it depends. Are you unhappy because you are underpaid. If that's the case, don't leave. Keep on finding. Probably you are not trying hard enough if you already have a job. Now in case your colleagues make you miserable. You feel disrespected. Leave it without thinking twice. Mental health is beyond everything.
Hiring is not aggressive now, it’s pace has reduced. So think about that and don’t take unwanted risk
It is not ok now..
YOE less than 7 then quit.. otherwise put only after offer
