Just want to know I have provided all details of my X company to TCS for Bgv like reliving letter,.experience letter, RM contact information etc.

Still they are asking for bank statments. It's a big company they can contact them anytime do the BGC with the I have no issue. Just curious why they are asking for bank statment it's even not my immediate employer I wokred with this company 5 year ago for 6 month only and it's a big IT company still operating. Please help is it normal

Hi folks,My brother got Offer letter from PWC SDC today and he submitted only current company's offer letter,hike letter and payslip and education documents.

1. Do they ask other previous companies documents?
2.Generally Background will be done before releasing offer or when they will initiate BGC?

How long does the background check normally take? I am starting on the 12th so I submitted my two weeks at current company already. It’s been about 10 days so far, but I have a secret clearance and should be fine. Thanks!

Does TCS perform BGC for our previous organization also before joining or sometimes after joining also?

My Home address verification was done a month ago. However no one reached me for any kind of details regarding my previous employment.
I had uploaded the previous employment documents on Ibegin portal, I was going through the posts and came to know they as for other details also like PF passbook , Bank statement etc.

I left TCS in March 2022 and haven't transferred PF account. Do I need to do anything to withdraw accumulated PF amount or it will auto withdrawn ?
