Hi folks,
Yoe #8.5
Have offers-Wipro(Pune)-25 LPA (with 10%VP), Larsen & Toubro Infotech-27.5 LPA (with 10%VP). SBI Card to revise offer & match it to highest. Role for wipro and LTI is TL.
Sbi card offers Senior Project Manager (Bi-Modal Project) role. I am confused if it's a wise decision to switch to PMP role in sbi cards, considering i don't have any certifications and degrees for management role. What will the the exact roles & responsibilities? How's growth & what will be my exit options?

You can remove the disclaimer, this is a pertinent question…
To answer your query, it is a genuine issue so just notify your recruiter.
As long as its not a “surprise!” kinda thing, people generally tend to be accommodating
Thanks pal. Im gonna tell them tomorrow
You can tell ur health issue they will definitely support
😊 thanks bud
I think it's better to have a discussion with recruiter or hr in your new company, I'm sure they will understand your situation.

Sorry to hear that and really bad time for it to happen..
But can't help it.
My company is calling me 3 days a week..
So 5 days a month shows your new org is more people friendly for sure.
Talk to the hr and set the expectations before joining. You can even tell them you have medical reports in case they doubt your sincerity. You'll be fine as long as you're transparent :)
Yes you can definitely explain your situation to HR and ask for WFH. They might ask for some letter from your doctor. I think that might not be issue...
