I am capable of managing up (my boss) and managing down (person reporting to me), but right now I am working with 2 peers on the same deliverables. I get so eager to show to my boss that I am adding value, I also like to make decisions in front of my peer but he doesn't listen all the time. To be honest, I just like to do the whole deliverable myself, even though I have to work longer hours, but at least I GOT TO DO WHAT I WANT. Is this normal?
