What happens when you disclose to your firm that you've recently been diagnosed with depression and anxiety? I know I suffer from those things, I've just never had to disclose a disability to my job before and I'm kind of nervous about it.

Is it just me, or is there a 2:3 ratio or a 3:4 ratio for hours actually worked vs hours actually billed? Is this the same with everyone else? Ex: I worked 12 hours but only billed for 8 or 9.

New to fishbowl so not sure if this is the right spot to post this, but hopefully it’s ok. I’m in the process of applying to product manager roles and have been receiving endless rejections, even with referrals. In the last two months I’ve applied to ~200 jobs and have received 70 rejections, 1 assessment invitation, and radio silence otherwise. I have 7 years of work experience, 5 years of PM experience at a startup, and I attended a top 10 university. Is this normal? Feeling discouraged.
