What should be the package I should be asking for.

Currently I am at 7.5 lpa fixed + 2lakh annual incentive(attendance based)

I have asked for 15 LPA.

I’m absolutely miserable and feel like it might be time to leave big 4 but don’t see any options out there that pay enough and are interesting. Anyone out there leave after four years and like what they do now? Is it crazy to want $150k salary in HCOL with 4 years experience in audit?

I want to leverage my existing T&E big law experience to one day work for midlaw as a partner, making $300k-$500k, while billing 1500-1700, relying on associates, and focusing on biz dev/writing the remainder of the time. I’d like some degree of separation between work and life, with evenings and weekends mostly reserved for my family.

Is it possible to aim for a setup like this, and if so how should I work towards this goal while in big law and what types of smaller firms should I aim for?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
