I am currently working at a prod based company as a QA Engineer in a maintenance project. I joined 7 months back. They offerred me an SDET+DevOps role. And all this while I was mostly working on manual. There is no scope and value to automation in this project.

I have an offer from a service based company with 25% hike from my current ctc. They have offered a API automation project.

IDC about salary, my end goal is to learn & know end-2-end tech, work in MAANG in next 1-2 year
LTI said they would put me on bench and based on skillsets assign me random project. In 'X' no laptop/work assigned, yet less clarity on project

I am preparing for the data structures and algo for 2 months (1-2 problems daily). It takes atleast 1-1.5 hours to try solving a new problem and understanding a solution. Not able to take out that much time as wlb is bad in current company. Also now I don’t get calls from good companies.
