Hi everyone, I recently joined amex 7-8 months back as a risk analyst. It is a decent role but I don't see a future as a risk analyst. I recently got an offer from Gartner for associate product manager with the same package as Amex but I will have to return the 4 lakh joining bonus that Amex gave me if I leave before Feb'23. I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

What do you do when you’ve accepted an offer and later realized you not only lowballed yourself on base pay but also didn’t negotiate for other things like a sign on bonus or other things that you really should’ve? I start in a few days, so it’s too late, but is there an opportunity to revisit?

Our firm is establishing our target billable %'s at a small public accounting firm. Is there a website that gives target billable time % by staff level for the tax and accounting industry? Just started poking around the AICPA website, but would appreciate being able to save some time looking for it. I'm used to a lower % rate than what's being proposed (70% vs 85%) and don't want to cause undue pressure on staff, but do want to give a reasonable billable hours expectation going forward.

I have offer for Deal Advisory team in PwC which supports US team.
Role is wfh.

1. What CTC can I expect? Current is 13 fixed, 2-3 variable and 10-12% hike in March. 1.5 yrs work ex in corp strat role, manufacturing. Have a offer from IB entry level analyst role also (21 fixed). Also, have 2 lacs bonus I will have to pay back if I leave.
