I'm one of 3 learning strategists at my school. However, I'm the MAIN strategist that cover for absent teachers. I just finished taking over a grade until it was filled with a new teacher. From what I read the country has an epidemic that is growing at an enormously fast pace! It seems administration all around the country thinks they can go ahead and behave as if nobody else matters in a school district! Their hypocrisy is an embarrassment and their self-management BS needs to stop! The unions aren't doing anything about it mine believe my administration before me even! We're greater in number and we need to stop the bullying and harassment directed at teachers and students!

I worked at a larger credit union. I was a regional manager overseeing 130 people and ten branches. I managed about 2 billion in assets. Sales and service had massive growth in my area. I asked for a revision to my initial compansation and HR says it's approved but said it takes time to update. And there is some Workday Application freeze, so it might not be updated before my joining date.

But HR Is guaranteed on Compansation Revision

I am in a doubt regarding that, because if I join with the initial offer letter, what if they didn't revise.
