My friend is in his first job out of college at a tech company. He started 3 months ago and is in a very toxic environment as well as has to commute/be in the office everyday. His title is “Inside sales” and his pay is very low(no commission), he does tons of work and is expected to stay late (no overtime) on top of the 8:30-5:30.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

Hi, I’m currently working in Infosys (4 YOE). Now I have two offers one from Eurofins(14LPA) and one from EY(16LPA). I wanted to get placed in Product Based. I gave interview in EY thinking its product based but just came to know its service based. Please advise whether I should go for Eurofins as its a product based or EY as its a better offer.
